La Gazzetta 'Trilli' Vino Rosa 2024 orgLa Gazzetta is nestled in the hills above Bolsena in Northern Lazio. The area is found at a crossroads between the Mediterranean Sea, Apennine Mountains and one of the largest volcanic lakes in Europe. Trish, alongside her partner Piero, tend to approximately 2 hectares just outside of Bolsena as well as olive, fig, cherry and pear trees and some more remote parcels further down the slope. Gonzalo and his brothers cultivate their own diverse fields of agave – planting from seed and reforesting the diminishing wild agave populations
