Aromas of fresh fruit, raspberries and wild berries. This wine is fresh and mineral, easy to drink, and with a delicate bitter taste at the end.

In the mouth it is crunchy with a great balance between freshness and salinity

This wine is especially concentrated

but enormously refreshing with super-expressive white peach

There’s more than a passing resemblance to old-school Chardonnay in that amalgam of flavours

Dry and near full-bodied with ripe dark fruit of cherry and cassis and berry notes on entry joined by vanilla

Harvest is based on physiological ripeness
