To order by mail, fill out your order as if you were ordering online. Choose "Proceed to Checkout" when your order is complete, and choose your shipping location. You will be presented with a screen with three options, one of which is to Order by Check/Money Order. Choose that option and a form will come up with just a few short fields to fill out. Hit enter and this will send a printable document to you that you can then print and mail to us with all the necessary information.
