Garmin’s T20 is a GPS tracking-only collar designed for hunters and field trialers who want precise location data on every dog in the pack without paying for e-collar hardware on dogs that don’t need it. It runs the same universally-sized, modular platform as the TT25 — same flex band, same interchangeable battery packs, same multi-color LED lights,but built purely for tracking. Lower price point, cleaner setup, same Garmin reliability.

Pair it with any Alpha series handheld (sold separately) or the Pro 550 Plus, and you can monitor up to 20 dogs simultaneously with updates as fast as every 2.5 seconds out to 9 miles. Whether you’re running a single pointer through grouse cover, a brace of setters across Kansas wheat stubble, or a pack of coonhounds after dark, the T20 gives you real-time location, direction, distance, and dog status at a glance on your handheld.

Dynamic Tracking automatically adjusts the GPS update rate based on how your dog is moving — slowing down when they’re stationary, speeding up when they’re running — which squeezes up to 68 hours out of the standard battery pack. Need more? The Extended Life Battery Pack (sold separately) stretches that to 136 hours, enough for multiple days in the field without a charge.

Seven-color LED beacon lights — red, green, blue, yellow, cyan, magenta, white — can be toggled remotely from your handheld, so you can tell dogs apart in the dark at a glance or make a wandering dog more visible near a road. When the T20 is on the charger and connected to Wi-Fi, it pulls software updates automatically. No computer, no cables, no hassle.

Building a multi-dog system? The T20 is the most cost-effective way to add tracking coverage on dogs where you don’t need training functionality. Run one or two TT25s on your young dogs that still need correction, and add T20s on your seasoned veterans. Same system, full visibility on every dog, without paying for features you won’t use.
